The EXFO LFD-202 Live Fiber Detector quickly measures signal presence or absence on single mode fibers. It checks for signal type and direction before rerouting or maintenance and doesn't disrupt traffic or over stress the fiber. Live Fiber Detector has a core power reading display and features a max power range of 0 to -40 dBm and over-range indicator as well as a spectral response of 800 nm to 1700 nm. Includes interchangeable fiber heads - 3mm, 900 and 250/RIB.
